Can't do the morph layer

Hi, I am the newcomer. I watch the ' Workflow SculptedMorph Maps ' several times. And cannot do the same effect!

The base object on base layer. I sculpt on the top layer. But the sculpt effect on the base object, not on the top layer!

I don't know why! Please help!
