I think it would be great if there was an interactive slider for adjusting the falloff on the selected area in the pose tool.
Rather than a button that you need to press over and over to get more smoothing, it'd be great to adjust it in real time to make the selected area more smoothed out or sharper.

Updated to 4.0.15 (Win)
- Pose tool got regular gizmo (optionally) + good bending algorithm - 3d-coat.com/files/newpose.gif
- Pose tool got "Adjust transition area" checkbox to adjust bending area accurately without re-selecting.
- several mantis fixes.

For retopo I prefer blender, you can't say 3Dcoat his better than blender for that.

Try Artman's ClaySoft Preset...and check "Buildup" in the Toolbar. I think I just found my favorite new brush. Prior to now, I always used the BUILD brush in Voxels with the 2nd draw mode in the Epanel, but it doesn't even compare. And the new Angulator brush is rather simple, but it fixes one major gripe about creating sharp edges...recently raised on this forum. Others can fuss all they want, but I'm a pretty happy camper, now.

Salut ! J'ai un soucis depuis quelques temps, j'ai du touché à un paramètre, (j'utilise la beta) quand je fait un export de ma normal map sous 3DCoat il me l'exporte en valeur négative par rapport à ce que j'ai dans 3DCoat...

Imo, they should be the default presets available at first launch (if the user hasn't already some from a previous version) .

It's frustrating if you want to add some piece like legs, etc...the curve tools is very intuitive for that...I use DX build.
