Hello;

Do you think it would be possible to add a function to be able to move a layer (to the "drag" on the object) with a real time preview, and also (why not) add a tool that simulates the "fluidity" effect of photoshop ?

(Sorry for my English, i'm French, feel free to tell me if you don't understand).

I'm not sure what you mean by moving a layer. Do you mean re-order it in the layer panel? If so, you can hover to the right of the layer and see a little moved icon. drag that and move the layer wherever you need within the panel.

As for a Liquify tool, you do have that type of functionality to some degree when using Materials to projection paint. And you can use the Transform/Copy tool, as well. You can also send all your layers over to Photoshop, use the Liquify or Warp tools there, save, and then those changes would be reflected back in the scene, in 3D Coat.
