Hello,

my problem:

I have a low poly model (airplane) made with 3ds max. But on this model I have to paint very high detailed textures. So in 3ds max I have more than one unwrap-map with different map-id. e.g. one map for the right wing, one for the left.

But in 3dcoat I've only one uv. Can I change between different uv? and paint on them so then by the export I will have different texture-files?

thx andre

I think you probably have multiple UV sets present, but you can only see one at a time. Open the Texture Editor (TEXTURE MENU > TEXTURE UV EDITOR) and in the Upper right-hand corner of the panel, you have a drop list. You should be able to select the different ones that exist for the model. Also, in the UV room, there is a similar drop list where you can select your different UV maps/sets. It's in the (horizontal) Tool bar, top left area. This video might help explain/show what I'm talking about a bit better.
