Re-symmetry during sculpting process

Hi Andrew,

This is a nice feature in zbrush, namely the ability to 're-symmetrize' the model

along an axis. (Zbrush actually allows for selected regions to get re-symmetry

according to an axis choice and how one masks off the parts --- so you mask off

the areas you want to keep unchanged, and the areas that aren't masked get

mirrored symmetry.)

I bet you're very involved in volumetric coding now, but perhaps you can consider

how to implement this capability...I noticed while sculpting in the 2.10beta's that over

time certain parts of the mesh would lose symmetry even though I was sculpting

with x-axis symmetry on throughout the whole process.

Anyhow, thanks for considering it! :)

The topological Symetry tool should do the job, but i just tested it, and noticed 2 kind of bugs :

when i symetrize a model sculpted with the pen tool, specular artefacts appear on the symetrized part

when i symetrize a model sculpted with the sculpt tool (ie : draw with pen) the symetry is incorrect.
