Feature request....square cursor for stamp mode

When using a square pen tip in 'stamp' mode, the square pen image gets clipped in a circle from the cursor. I've been doing tech stamping with square grates, grilles, etc. Works great except for the circular edge.

Is there a way to have a square cursor so that the square pen tip is preserved?

This is nothing crucial or unable to live without. Would be handy however.

can you share a screenshot of what you mean?

I'm able to use alpha's like the one below without issue (just by making sure the

actual alpha edges are well within the borders of the image) --- or do you mean

something else?

Is there a chance you've got 'Falloff' set to a value above 0.00?

My alphas or pen images are all the way to the edge. Perhaps I should redo them.

Approaching it from the image end did the trick.
