Main tools custom shortcuts stop working - anyone else?

Just need a show of hands. Who uses custom hot keys to switch between tools?

Of those who do, anyone else notice that they regularly break? so you use the hot key, coat hangs for a second, it flicks over to the tool for half a second, then back to the tool you were originally on.

Could you make a screen recording of this happening and send it to Support@pilgway.com. If this is a bug, it will help them spot it and fix it quickly. I use hotkeys all the time, but don't have this issue, currently.
