Transferring Textured OBJ between Painting and Sculpt Rooms Without Retopology

I use 3DCoat for photogrammetry corrections. It's an amazing software.

I want to move an OBJ with texture from the Painting room to the Sculpt room, modify its shape in the Sculpt room, and then return it to the Painting room. Is it possible to bring it back to the Painting room without doing retopology? The mesh of the OBJ is complex and of a large size, so I don't want to do retopology.

You can bake a mesh from the Retopology/Modeling rooms into the Sculpt room using these functions:

In the Sculpt room, enable this item:

I don’t know how to do this from the Paint room without losing the topology.

You can try baking a paint object into a sculpt room using this functionality:

Then re-baking the sculpt of the object into a paint object

But the normal map will be changed.
