my transform widhet colors are washed out, what setting can return them to normal?

my transform widget colors are washed out, what setting can return them to normal?

ive looked through themes but cant find where this got affected. can someone point me to a solution. usually the transform widget has bright colors to help you see it better. im trying to return mine to the default look. thanks for any suggestions.

well i just upgraded to 2023.36 and its back to normal...
