Member MADjestic Posted August 10, 2011 Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 Dear 3dcoat team, I have downloaded the 3.5.21(GL64) OSX build yesterday, started it up and I see that the program can't find my license, and is asking me to either buy a new one, or use it as trial. I can still run 3.5.13(GL)(educational) all right. I own educational license. Could you tell me how I can make my license work for the latest build? OSX Lion Regards, Vlad
Javis
Does it give you the option to register/enter your license?
Member MADjestic Posted August 10, 2011 Author Member Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 Does it give you the option to register/enter your license? Yes it does. I was just expecting it to allocate the license file automatically. Hmm, that was a while since I installed the license It must be somewhere in my email box, I recon? Thanks, Vlad
Javis
Hi! Yes indeed, it should be in your email inbox. If you cannot locate it in your email, you can login here: http://3d-coat.com/download/login/ At the bottom of the page it will have a link that can send you your serial number to your registered email address. Hope that helps!
