    • I think the rmb py script might have been compiling, because it was first run. maybe that's why it didn't show up. Im eagerly putting something together to play with, so that everybody who is interested can test.  Maybe you can help.  how to Color change to Yellow TEXT in the RMB Menu? Like here: You can see it when you draw a parametric circle and then RMB, Convert to regular Curve.  Thanks for the reply
    • @SERGYIThanks for the latest build. Saving works. Baking is working. Interface seems to be pretty good. However there are some issues that appear quickly. The render room doesn't seem to be working at all right now. The interface freaks out for a second and nothing happens when trying to render. I am able to render in the previous build. Secondly my wacom tablet is not working in the viewport. It does work system wide in all other apps and in the previous build. I am working with a new refreshed home/documents folder.
    • When will 3dcoat 2025 be released?
    • Hi, another bug that I found in 3dcoatexture 2024.32 is on the "DECAL" material, if I create a decal material and try to use the "RECTANGLE" brush tool the result of the decal is grainy, while if I use the classic brush the result it is correct. I attach video BUF_DECAL.mp4
    • Hi, true with the lasso and/or rectangle tool the FILL works... but if I use the FILL tool only with the pick the symmetry doesn't work BUG_fill_02.mp4
    • with all the materials both default and new ones created by me. I'll attach a video... BUG_fill.mp4
    • Video clip of my 3D model I completed using Blender 3D and textured painted using 3D Coat 2024. I built the palace model completely from scratch in Blender. Will be using the model in a future digital illustration I have cooking in my mind. PALACE.mp4
    • Please give some steps to reproduce this. Запись экрана 2025-01-21 163533.mp4
    • Hello! What material do you mean? Запись экрана 2025-01-21 162329.mp4
    • Once again, it's a 3rd Party Plugin. It's really easy to criticize something without actually trying it. I know because I was skeptical when it first came out in it's earliest stages a few years ago, but after actually testing it, recently...even for a few minutes...I changed my mind about it, completely. It's like VR Sculpting or using a 3dconnexion device. It's so easy to bash it, without firsthand knowledge or experience. Have you tried it? Then how can you call it useless (and truly know what you are talking about)? Many artists in a studio environment are listening to music on their headphones, and if I had a colleague who wanted to use Voice Command software to make their work more efficient, I would have no problem wearing headphones or earplugs...if it really bothered me that much. Also, there are many artists who work alone in their own office/space. It may not be for everyone, but just because you don't prefer to use it, personally, that doesn't make it worthless for many other users. You honestly will not comprehend how valuable it can be until you actually try it...with an objective mind, rather than a cynical one. Being able to work without having to even look at your keyboard or dig through a tool panel/menu is golden...especially in the Minimal Layout (toggled with the TAB key). For me, it's even faster and more efficient than using a 3DConnexion Space Explorer and all its many buttons + the buttons and ring on the Wacom Tablet. Plus, you don't have to use it, exclusively. You could use the Preset Panel for many tasks and use HMC Voice for switching views, Ortho/Perspective, toggle Symmetry, switching workspaces, etc.
    • Could you please explain this problem in more detail?
    • Take the default voxels sphere create a primitive sphere on intersect mode apply
    • This was fixed a few builds ago. At least I can't replicate it in 2024.32. How did you manage to do it? Запись экрана 2025-01-21 142351.mp4 The bug was successfully reproduced.
    • Please remember that Pilgway staff are still in the middle of an ongoing war, and they still hear air sirens and explosions every single day...and it is possible that some of the staff have to serve in some capacity. I am not saying they are, but if you are not getting the normal rate of communication and features, this could very well have some bearing on it and perhaps why a "Roadmap" is not mentioned. One of their main developers (normally GPU tech related) lives in California...perhaps he is affected by the massive wildfires in the LA area. I don't know, but it's possible that they are doing the best they can in a time of crisis. Just a guess. Also, because 3DCoat is unique in the fact that it uses a Public Beta, you are effectively seeing the Roadmap with each release...as new features are initially included in Beta builds and refined/improved until the next Major Version. The recently added Surface Array, Array, and Photogrammatry features are some of those. There was also an overall performance boost mentioned in one of the most recent builds. There is more on their plate, but they are being quiet about it until the features are ready for a Beta Build. Andrew has never really given a Roadmap because some efforts may take much longer than anticipated. Most software developers are this way because there are too many unknowns during feature development.  Lightwave is a good example, where they generally try to keep users informed about upcoming releases, as they draw near (and are thus in a closed Beta stage of development), but they don't generally lay out a "RoadMap."
    • Michael Pavlovich made a video about the same feature in ZBrush...it was 7minutes. Maybe someone should tell him in the comments that he should have kept it to 30 seconds?
