There is an easy and reliable way to irreversibly delete all masks when painting. Please fix this ASAP; this is a devastating bug! How to reproduce: 1. Create a mask in the layer outliner 2. Paint like 10 strokes onto this mask 3. Click on another layer in the outliner 4. Press Ctrl + Z (undo) >>> The last mask will instantly be gone instead of slowly undoing the 10 strokes. Even worse, a Ctrl + Y (redo) will not be able to get this mask back again This is one of multiple ways I have found to make masks vanish out of existence. I can't stress this enough: put some dev on this as soon as possible. Bugs that cause irreversible damage to a file that can't be undone via Ctrl + Z/Y should be the number one priority. My version of a well worn and abused flying car used by Police to patrol the sky highways of dystopian city in the future. I originally blocked out the vehicle using Groboto 3D several years ago and recently decided to flesh it out more and add detail using Blender and Groboto 3D. All texturing was done in 3DCoat 2026.

Tried it with 3DC 2026-01 and M1 macOS 15.7.5 and this bug still crashes the computer. In the paint room if I scale the stencil sometimes it locks 3dcoat up then crashes. This happens with a model either exported and reimported back into 3DC, or exported from Blender. Need guidance in how to modified my BJD in 3D COAT its an STL file and I want to add holes in the ears for earrings. change some facial features and resize to 1/4th to 1/12 SCALE.  File is also sliced into 28 separate files containing joints

Hey so im a beginner to 3DCoat so sorry if this is a really simple question but im confused. So i made this cube in the sculpt room and just did some basic stuff to it. Then i added a normal 6 sided cube in the retopology room and baked it. But the normal map looks really weird when i put it on a cube not at all how i would expect.
