Based on previous feedback from users, "3DCoat" didn't launch because of user data "Documents/3DCoat" for "3DCoat 202x" and "Documents/3D-CoatV49" for "3DCoat V4". Close "3DCoat". Rename your user data "Documents/3DCoat" into something like "--3DCoat". Start "3DCoat". It will create a new user data folder, "Documents/3DCoat". Copy your scenes from the renamed user data folder into the newly created one.

Also some interesting things about 3D coat launch issues that it didn’t like rTX 3080ti some how it only launch completely fiiiiiiine on my old crappy laptop that is a GTX 1070 for some reason:/ can you tell that to the devs about that

Why would an off the shelf DAZ product win over something made totally in 3DC?

Maybe I'm not activating a proper "copy" area?   I use the Photoshop way of left Alt/Click to select a new area.   Not sure how else to explain it.

Ahh ok that makes sense! I have the free trail, but I just started using it a week ago. The first two days I didn't have this issue at all.. I guess I'm going to have to buy the software then. Thank you for the help!

PS.  I tried the clone brush but for whatever reason it wasn't working.  It seems buggy to me as sometimes in the past it would work and other times nothing would happen.  

So if FBX isn't going to work then can someone please give me some info on how to blend out the Normal maps and Bump maps between these two objects?  Like take some of the image data from the torso and transfer it over to the genital conformer so I can at least get this to look the seamless!  I still consider myself an old newbie.  MOST of the tutorials out there are for either hard surfaces or painting from scratch which this situation is neither.   Thanks so much 

I also noticed it zeroed out the figure as I have his limbs spread apart to get to those hard to reach areas.  I don't know much about FBX but was pretty careful when selecting all the options but alas I must have left something checked or didn't check something off.   

hmm, exported using the newest available FBX from DAZ Studio and told it to collect the maps and all it did was collect the diffuse maps.
