Это нужно спрашивать в комьюнити игры где делают моды к игре, здесь форум по программе, все программы работают одинаково создавая файлы, а как они вставляются в игру это уже совсем другое
вот видео в гугле нашел, здесь цвет в jpg и tga карта нормалей, возможно программа подхватывает оба файла с определенными названиями, опять же этот вопрос нужно не здесь спрашивать

Не знаю, что у вас за игра и куда вы вставляете, но это нормальное поведение. 3дкоат рисует как бы на трех слоях вверху на панели выбирается, цвет, глубина, и матовость. и когда происходит экспортирование соответственно он экспортирует текстуру с цвета, карту нормалей и тд. воедино собирает шейдер в игре или в редакторе, где нужно вставить эти текстуры в соответствующий слот. Вам лучше почитать основы, или хелп для вашей игры какие настройки имеет шейдер

Why are you comparing different software? Please compare sculpt software, zbrush, meshmixer, mudbox, sculptis, they all do not have quad view.
And how you will utilize many views in sculpting and paintings? i mean 4 simultaneously. I am using 3ds max and i suing 4 view only for placing many object - scattering etc for big scene for rendering with interactive rendering window in one quad view. But at modelling i switch to one big view it's not needed all 4 views for making model in small quad windows.Painting software like photoshop , SUBSTANCE PAINTER, mari also do not have quad view
better ask to have opportunity to move windows outside of main window

You are welcome. Not sure about Blender i am in 3ds max =) but in 3dcoat very easy to unwrap. Many professionals even zbrush users using it because of painting and retopo\unwraping tools.

If you share model maybe someone may take a look. You need to have proper unwrapping with same texel size and make sure you are using square aspect texture. You can also open uv editor in 3dcoat and see why it stretch.

It's how box mapping works. try it on box or sphere model to understand how it works. You need uv mapping for perfect textures

In voxel mode extrude works fine with brush alphas, but in surface it works strange with any brush settings (clay, draw, extrude etc) And enabling subdivision produce noise with alphas.

Also please increase maximum steady stroke value. It is shorter than was in v4.9 at 40. And it looks like in 4.9 was some inertia.- 1

He forgot to mention what using camera for 1k$, flash for 500$, lens etc and all it is useless if you take photos on cheap cameras

Lol and this games requires rtx 3090 for 30fps in 4k. Nothing changes for game optimization, nanites it's just small optimization for not optimized 3d scans. And it using UV

You cannot sculpt morph object, they should have the same count of vertexes, you can move them but not change topology
