Toasty Pancakes

So my icons tool bar in the left are so big how can I resize them to be smaller. Ive tried changing it using the T button but it just changes the layout . I want the same layout I currently have I just want the icons to be smaller if possible . Ive also attached a image of my current Ui Buttons Size vs the want I want them ( the picture with the sword )

I found the answer 1. Edit -- > Preferences -- > Viewport 2. Go to "Mouse wheel setting near the bottom 3. Set " Mouse Wheel " to " Zoom In " 4. ( IMPORTANT ) Make sure the bottom 3 setting that say " Wheel Zoom ..... Speed " are set to 1 , for me it was set to 0 so change that to 1 . 5. really ? Right Now im trying to zoom with my scroll wheel but it just changes the brush radius , I have tried to change in the preferences tab to zoom in / out , but does nothing

In blender or in other software you have the ability to scroll with the middle mouse button , but for some reason I cant in 3d coat ?? Is there a setting I have to change ?
