  1. I'm finding that I'm not getting full access to renderman tools inside 3d coat. I don't have lights. or do I have to use 3d coat lights which aren't movable or seen. Essentially I don't see renderman menues for lights, gamma, ect. 3d coat lights are not adjustable like in renderman. I saw a video on using renderman in 3d coat by Adam Gibson but it did not explain much. Just wondering if any one else is having any difficulties with renderman. The renderman sight says that even the non-commercial version has full capabilities but for some reason I didnt get full access. Adam did say that its still in beta or working on making it more compatable. Still I'm not getting the same screen view with renderman as Adam does. Maybe ill delete it and download again?
  2. When RenderMan appear for 3d-coat? p.s. sceernshot from official community on vk.com
  3. Hi I have been trying to render a scene in 3d coat. I brought models into the paint room, textured them and tried to render them with Renderman. Everything appears to work correctly except that only part of the scene renders. The scene is composed of items on a table. this scene renders OK with the default 3d coat renderer but Renderman only renders the table top without the items on top of it. Is there a way of selecting or excluding items from the render? Am I supposed to render each object separately and composite them in some way? Any help will be much appreciated. (I have to say its a lovely render of the table top)

I painted it using one of the metals when I render in renderman preview it looks great but the the render image is extremely dark. in render preview it looks great in final render it looks great but when i open the image it rendered to it is xtremely dark. under render view image color space it is always default liner if i change it to srgb it is dark like the image it renders out
  6. With the release of Renderman 21 Non-Commercial, it would be great if there were export presets. The shaders have changed a bit since the release of 20, and he old presets don't quite match up. It would be great if there were some new presets added for Renderman 21. https://renderman.pixar.com/view/non-commercial-renderman Thanks!
