Under: "Sculpt, Primitives, Gear, Relative Hole Radius" WTH ?

I just simply need to set the (Actual Inner Hole Radius) to 1.165mm to fit a shaft for a friction fit. However when I specify this, it inverts the gear into an inner ring gear, not good.

Must be a simple equation to convert (Relative Hole Radius) into (Actual Inside Hole Radius)? I am lost here...

I searched everywhere... Can anyone please explain this?

Thanks...

Take this as workaround, it is not the best solution...

I create a simple tube using this settings as reference size (on one layer)

The adding a gear using the reference tube as inner hole measure (on another new surface layer)

This the result
