If not this would a breaktrough like others that Andrew does in his "little" program It didnt had to be fancy. Just a PNG Sequence would do. Sometimes animated masks are needed or animated elements in a Texture and no 3D application does it like Photoshop does it like in CS4. Import a video and paint the frames.
