I tried resampling even to 10M tris and clay over it but it doesn't fix it. It's obviously some mess with the mesh but I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it. So I would really appreciate it if someone can tell me how do I fix whatever is going wrong and what I did to not make it happens again. Thank you.
