[Solved] Artifacts on uv seams

Hello guys, i'm having an issue with visible uv seams that were not there when i first unwrapped and started painting the model. I have no clue when they appeared or how to reproduce it, perhaps someone already stumbled upon this issue and can help me.

Latest 2022.05 is used.

Here is the problematic area, all uv seams have this artifacting around them. All layers except layer 0 are turned off. I also can't paint over these artifacts, of course.

Lower is a screenshot from an older backup file, no artifacts whatsoever.

Ok so an update, if i fill layer0 with the gray color, these artifacts are not as visible as in the first post, but they're still there. This definitely has to do something with layer0
