Voxel : Surface mode ideas

A few ideas:

1. Can the surface draw tool respect the "Grow on pen motion" option?

2. An option to lock retopo points to points on the voxel object (in surface mode so the vertices wont change except position right?).

for example, I sculpt a base head, retopo it and now want to sculpt facial expressions. but i want the retopo polys to stick to the head while i modify it.

3. An apply button to convert the surface changes to voxels but remain in the surface mode. pretty much the same as clicking the surface/voxel icon next to the voxel layer 2x.
