Advanced Member rimasson Posted November 10, 2007 Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 On the attached picture, you can see 2 strokes. The upper one was drawn using one of the first 3 freehand strokes, which give a more or less jaggy result. The lower stroke was drawn using the curve stroke. It is much more cleaner, but i had to set by hand each point of the curve. I was looking for a way to draw CLEAN FREEHAND strokes, and i thought of a new kind of stroke : a kind of automatically generated curve stroke, where the points of the curve are evenly sampled and spaced. It could be an alternative of the Zbrush Lazy Mouse Best. F.R.
Andrew Shpagin
It is good idea - to make some spacing while drawing strokes. It could be for example time spacing - the next point is set after some time elapsed. This will lead to smooth freehand curves. ok, I will try this mode. Now I am making HSV & LAB color picker, after that I will try to implement this idea.
