Question about Multiple UV Maps

Hi,

Some questions about importing LightWave (.lwo) objects with multiple UV maps:

I have an .lwo that came to me with a UV map and color texture applied, but a second optimized UV was created for additional texture maps. When I import the .lwo to 3DC, I can see the two UV maps listed, and the new one seems to work fine. However, if I select the older second UV map, 3DC acts as if the UV isn't applied to the geometry (the geometry vanishes.)

Has anybody else seen this happen? Is this a bug? I don't normally work with objects that have multiple UV maps so it's possible that I'm doing something wrong. If this is the case, any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Once you've selected the one you want, 3DC doesn't automatically apply it. You have to click "Apply UV Set" once you've made any changes and are ready to move on.
