  1. I'll admit that for the sake of Pilgway's staff good ruling. I'm 30 minutes away from Ukrainian border and I'm not aware of communications issues, though it may be indeed a problem.
  2. I don't know. That's for @cookepuss to reveal. Again, I apologize if this dispute was somehow settled and hugs were shared behind the curtains. It's just about fairness. Anyway, I appreciate your willingness to help, you're a true WesMcDermott for Pilgway
  3. Pilgway, Andrew....shame on you! Two weeks has passed and no reaction! Feel free to delete this thread entirely! Sweep it under the carpet! Oh, and yes!..I will apologize if @cookepuss didn't care to inform us all how goodwill prevailed. I remember a time with a faith driven EULA, what changed in between?
  4. I beg to differ!... Don't get me wrong, I understand why you chose to end it like this. Carlosan did the best he could. Over the years, I've seen him helping a lot of people here and there, redirecting issues and such. Now, I've been long enough in customer support to know this could not be the end of the story. First thing, the [Solved] mark should be removed from the thread. Someone from a higher level of management should contact you asap. Have a chat, talk about refund. Customer care at its best is required as soon as possible.
  5. ..No, I've paid 45eur with CC after two failed attempts through Paypal. I'm sure you'll find a way to send them what you owe. Enjoy your new year of updates!
  6. Same here. I've checked my account after reading your post and yeah..."free upgrades till 03.08.2024"
  7. OMG...why would you willingly pay another 379€ when "LICENSE UPGRADE POLICY FOR 3DCOAT" states clearly and I'm quoting: "Once that 12-month period of free updates (the first year) is over, you will have an option to purchase any future release of the appropriate program within the next 12 months (the second year) at the discounted rate of 45 Euros (in case of 3DCoat) or 40 Euros (in case of 3DCoatTextura) yet with another 12 months of free program updates starting from the date of the upgrade. That means that you will be able to buy any version released from 26.04.2022 to 25.04.2023 at the very discounted rate with another 12 months of free program updates starting from the date of such upgrade. But if you do not buy any upgrade version during the second year after the initial purchase, you will be able to buy any future release version at the discounted price of 90 Euros (in case of 3DCoat) or 80 Euros (in case of 3DCoatTextura) at any time with another 12 months of free program updates starting from the date of the upgrade. That means that if you did not buy any upgrade for 45 (or 40) Euros until 25.04.2023 you will be able to buy the upgrade for 90 (or 80) Euros any time starting from 26.04.2023. And when you buy it you will receive another 12 months of free program updates starting from the date of the upgrade. And the same upgrade logic as described above repeats and applies." Am I missing something?
  8. I'm getting a bit worried cause you're the second one with this issue lately and my year of free upgrades also ends in a couple of days.
  9. Hello guys, Same issue here. After installing Blender 2.90 I had the same problem. I removed the addon that came with Blender with the one above. Also, tried what Carlosan suggested, no luck. ___________________________________ Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.90\2.90\scripts\addons\io_coat3D\__init__.py", line 579, in invoke bpy.ops.export_applink.pilgway_3d_coat() File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.90\2.90\scripts\modules\bpy\ops.py", line 201, in __call__ ret = op_call(self.idname_py(), None, kw) RuntimeError: Error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.90\2.90\scripts\addons\io_coat3D\__init__.py", line 613, in execute coat3D.exchangedir = set_exchange_folder() File "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.90\2.90\scripts\addons\io_coat3D\__init__.py", line 137, in set_exchange_folder if(source != coat3D.exchangedir and coat3D.exchangedir != '' and coat3D.exchangedir.rfind('Exchange') >= 0): UnboundLocalError: local variable 'source' referenced before assignment location: C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 2.90\2.90\scripts\modules\bpy\ops.py:201 location: <unknown location>:-1 _________________________________ Thank you for your support! 10. Whenever I visit the gallery, I stop to enjoy this amazing piece of work. Definitely my favorite.
