  1. Playing more with this beta and 3dbrush objects in ObjPens folder. I use base model i didin hexagon, Its kind of creepy but It was fun.

  3. Hi Andrew I work like 2 hour with the beta here my progress and few bugs. I found it a bit difficult to make small details, we are going to be able to subdivide the model? or that going to be in conjunction with normalmaps? or ma bey am totally wrong lol. Bugs when I save the model an open it again, the Symmetry plane seam to be scale. The Pinch tool it not working like it should be or mabey i doesn't notice in small areas. It doesn't have the Smooth option like the other tools. The snake, spike curve, and merge tools are leaving artifacts when you use it with the Ctrl key.   5. I found that If you Move a panel example the palette over the sphere don't stop the painting. I you use the curve tool and used over the sphere hit enter then press undo twice, erase the sphere.
  6. Here is my new creation Still in progress. here is a screen shot from 3d coat and rendering from Carrara 6. I did the base mesh in Hexagon and all the rest in 3dcoat. The cotton on the arm is from a photo, am going to try make the cotton with hair in Carrara o maybe XSI

  8. Andrew can we have a universal manipulator to have Rotate move and scale at the same time when you are in merge and add buttons with Word and local orientation.

  11. Yes I will do that,I need to Break the symmetry to ,Andrew I upgrade to Xp64, Now I can use 3dcoat with out memory limitations

  13. Nice Andrew. Coool to see my Dino in the new features . I increase tha carcas resolution, looks much better, I this this test render in carrara. I don't remember what I did but i think i use the model did in retopo and fix it in hexagon, and export the depth, an put every thing together in 3d coat.
  14. Here is my progress. Andrew I retopo the model again to have more details in the ears, But am not able to export the low poly mesh only the textures :S. I send you the file, you can check the file on monday.

  16. I decide to share this simple mesh so anyone can practice an share your tricks and brushes in 3d coat. I already Uv the model so only need to do the displace and detail the model, you can do textures if you want to do all. Have Fun. creature.zip
