  1. One of the things I find 3d coat missing is a bigger seamless texture library. I know you can add textures, but it would be nice to be able to import libraries, such as human skin, than that would give you a few skin textures, human eye,alien skin,brick, etc........

  3. Just bone rigging is fine with me. The reason I would like to see it in 3D coat, is that Andrew is so smart he would probably find a easy way of doing it. And doing things easy, is the future, that way programmers can become artists, and artist can become programmers.
  4. In the future it would be nice to have a Bones Tab, and on this page we can import our model, add bones to selected vertices, then save as FBX, or collada would be nice. Maybe one day even have a ANIMATION tab. Just Dreaming.
  5. When adding an object primitive, if you work with the primitive and select new, for new scene, the primitive is still there. Windows 7 64 bit 3dcoat 3.2.11 with cuda opengl 64 bit No it's ok I just realized it's the primitives ghost, lol.
  6. Some time's, when painting in DX-64 bit version with cuda, the undo will not work properly.
  7. I can not see the size of my brush in beta 60, 64 bit OpenGL with Cuda, in Volumetric Sculpting. Forget it, seems to be working now.
  8. Yes, get rid of the sphere when clear. If we want a sphere we can load one in our selves.
  9. When trying too merge a large obj model in Volumetric, it loads in fine, but when I press enter to place it, 3D coat messes up the model.
  10. Can not merge, select mesh and press enter to put object in scene in Volumetric Tools with Cuda on, but when I turn Cuda off it works. Ambient Light not working properly in Volumetric mode.(In 64 bit DirectX) Quadrangulate and Paint freezes at 99% When Millions of polygons (Intermidiate) is set to 0.5-Quadrangulate messes up.At a certain point.(Use dino and view the top of both legs,his right leg is a bit messed up.
  11. Also when working on quadrangulations, is it possible to allow this of meshes with texture already, and have the texture fit properly after the quadrangulations. The biggest problem I find is the texture being applied after, especially with meshes with groups, at the seams.
  12. Is this also a polygon reduction tool. Cause I fined most reduction tools leave seams between different parts, or the texture is not proper after the reduction. But this would be awsome. One click and your High poly object will be able to have different levels of detail. And also have the Normal map created to look like the high poly. So 1 slider to choose level of detail, and a button to process it.
  13. Changing the ambient light in Volumetric mode does not work.
  14. Why does 3d coat slow down so much more when increasing brush size?
  15. The Preview pop up for material, disappears when going into full screen mode. And it is not in the menu under pop ups. How do I get it back. Ok it seems if I go into full screen before doing anything, everything is fine.
  16. When clicking on to polygon, then clicking on paint brush tool, there are black polys or holes, displayed in the object. The object cannot be painted on either. Also when turning on View low-poly model it disappears. OpenGL-64 With Cuda.
  17. Is there a new way of scaling the textures? It use to be hold shift key and right mouse button and scroll mouse. But all that does now is resize the brush circle.
  18. - Same problem with opengl,can't see text.(fixed works fine now) -Directx with cuda erases spike and curves, not working (version 2.1) -Still can't change texture resolution using Shift and right mouse button. _holding shift key and holding right mouse button and moving mouse. _holding ctrl key and holding right mouse button and moving mouse. _scrolling mouse wheel. ALL THESE DO THE SAME THING. THEY RESIZE THE BRUSH. holding shift key and holding right mouse button and moving mouse is suppose to resize the texture in the brush, not resize the brush. I'm hoping Volumetric Sculpting will be complete soon, that we can get bone rigging started.LOL Just a thought.
  19. Scaling of texture still not working in beta42. When holding shiftkey and right mouse button then moving mouse left or right. Instead it is resizing brush, same as holding ctrl and right mouse button then moving mouse left or right.
  20. Just want to make sure of something. Once the volumetric sculpting tools are complete. It will connect to the rest of the program. Meaning you can load a object in with the load or import commands, then use the volumetric sculping tools on the model loaded in?
  21. Scaling of the texture, holding shift key and right mouse button not working. It is scaling size of brush same as holding ctrl and right mouse button. -alpha41 -opengl -64 bit with cuda on
  22. I wish they had awards for software developers, and the award for best software for it's price goes to Andrew Shpagin, and quickess developement goes to Andrew Shpagin, quickess bug fixes, and so on. Personnally, I think he would of won them all this year.
  23. Not sure if this is possible with volumetric sculpting, but could you please let the object be as low polygon as possible then use subdivision,normal mapping or displacement mapping to increase quality. I would like to export my models for real time applications.
  24. If there will be trees could you allow for low resolution and billboard export of the tree. Different level of detail export options.
