Advanced Member rimasson Posted August 22, 2008 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 I would like to tweak a topology (created outside of 3D coat) in 3d Coat; The only constraint i have is that i can't change the vertex order of this topology. I imported a reference mesh. entered the topology mode. imported an external mesh enabled the symetry across X tweaked my model my problem is : if i disable the symetry, only 1 side of the model is tweaked. If i apply the symetry, the vertex order change. In a future version, could it be possible to tweak symetrically a topology or the low poly model ? Andrew Shpagin
Understood. But vertex orrer could be same only if youuse vertices tweaking. Other oprations will add faces/verts. Ok, after 2.20 retopo tool will continue development because it is very important for volumetric sculpting. So after 2.10 I can do it. It saves time. I just have to symetrize the model in Silo.
