New Member Shazbot Posted July 26, 2013 New Member Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 Hi. First of all I just have to say that I'm new to 3d modeling, and with that I mean zero experience. So excuse me if I ask some about some dumb, rookie stuff. But I wanted to start with some moding for Shootmania/Trackmania, and do some models and skins for the game. And all the models are in a .GBX format, and I can't find any way to convert them into something else that works with 3d coat. Any tips? Thank you in advance! Contributor TimmyZDesign Posted July 26, 2013 Contributor Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 You can't open .GBX files in any 3d modeling software that I know of. If you want to make mods for Trackmania, here is a tutorial on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QznuEsFdemE
New Member Shazbot Posted July 27, 2013 Author New Member Report Share Posted July 27, 2013 I see. The reason to this is because i whant to do some texture painting (wich I have done for a while, so I know that part ) and be able to veiw the 3d model at the same time. There isn't any way to convert it then? Thanks for the respond!
