Volumetric -> regular scuptable mesh

Hello there!

Is there a preferred method of doing this? To get to a sculptable/paintable mesh for finer detail work?

Something to do with the "big mesh" import function?

Is anyone doing this?

You can do it by hitting the "To Polygons" button. if you want to paint on it I believe the only way is to retopologize it and create a UV map.
