Member Turner Posted December 10, 2016 Member Report Share Posted December 10, 2016 Hi, I'm working on a few things I'd like to model in SketchUp, paint in 3DC, then export & render in SketchUp. Within SketchUp, I can currently render with Thea, Twilight, and Maxwell. I can't seem to find a guide about how to do this, including how to preserve channels such as bump and reflection, if possible... Any help appreciated! thanks, Andrew

I've only used Sketchup a few times. It's handy for creating quick greebles. I used to import the mesh first into Hexagon which can handle booleans and ngons and then triangulate the ngons to get a geometry that would work with other programs.
