[Solved] Mirror paint opposite half... Anything like this ?

I tried experimenting and looking this up, but maybe I phrased it poorly... it also got frustrating after a while...

Heres the question: Sculptris has a 3D paint option which is kinda useful sometimes... it allows you to symmetrically paint the opposite half of your mesh simultaneously.   It's very good for creating symmetrical patterns, like for example one might find on a butterfly's wings, or a bird's plumage... I'd paint that particular mesh in Sculptris, but I want it 4k and that's not possible in Sculptris.

Does anything like that option/feature exist in 3DC?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and thanks in advance for any help and info.
