Purchased upgraded license. Did not get email, no email support reply

Hi. I upgraded my license from the education version to Pro version. when I bought the upgraded licensed. I never received any emails

confirming the purchase, nor a email with the new key. I checked my bank account and $200 was charged to my card. Please help.

I already sent a email with all my information and explaining about the issue yesterday (6/2/2020) , but I have not received a response.
