New Member metalman123456123 Posted July 27, 2020 New Member Report Share Posted July 27, 2020 Hey All love 3dcoat btw, but I am having a fairly large issue. I do alot of environment work and the surfacing tool where you can create tiling textures doesn't seem to working like it should. I'd expect this work similar to the wrap functionality in zbrush, am I missing something? Untitled Project.mp4
New Member metalman123456123 Posted July 27, 2020 Author New Member Report Share Posted July 27, 2020 Another issue too is that because we dont have a wrap functionality we need to work destructively for example this. 3d coat is amazingly powerful if we could get something that would allow use to leverage some kind of wrap functionality, and instancing on a vox/mesh sub level it would be huge for environment art Untitled Project2.mp4

They cause artifacts as soon as you try to sculpt. the translation symmetry method above is perfect for sculpting to export depth. No artifacts.
