Member jima Posted March 24, 2022 Member Report Share Posted March 24, 2022 I had used 4.9.73 but had triggered an out of memory error. I downgraded back to 4.9.05, but launching 3dc still gives errors related to previous session failures. How do I get 3dc to forget about the problems of the previous session and start new clean one? Thank you.

Member jima Posted March 24, 2022 Author Member Report Share Posted March 24, 2022 Carlosan, that won't work because I get the problem before the UI even launches. Even opening a .3b file that I know is small enough it be launched fails with the errors related to the prior session. Thanks for your help. Member Solution jima Posted March 24, 2022 Author Member Solution Report Share Posted March 24, 2022 (edited) Carlosan, that got me going in the right direction. SOLVED Apparently, following directions is fairly important. This is on Windows 10. I read the instructions - specifically for Windows 10, start from the start menu. I did that - as administrator - and was able to launch 3dc. I added a shortcut to 3dc after successfully launching, and that worked also.
