[Solved] My 3D Coat Pay to own licence was terminated two days before the last paymant. How to restore?

Yesterday entered my account to find out that my pay to own licence has status "terminated". I'm not quite sure but it isn't how "Pay to own" should look like, is it?

I did not receive any emails or any notifications about the cancelation. Tomorrow there should have been the last payment before owning the software. I am confused. Wrote to pilgway but they are not answering yet. I really don't want to start the process over again. Perhaps somebody knows how to restore the payments? Or maybe it is just how an ongoing "subscription" should look like?
