I sent an email about it to sales team last week but didn't get a reply yet. I purchased a mac license few years ago but performance was so bad I stopped using this app all together for a few years. Fast forward I am on windows now and I am tryin to find out if I can convert my old mac license to windows and then upgrade to the latest version. Upgrade button only shows mac licenses. I got a coupon for Substance Painter that expires this week and I need to know which way to proceed. Room for only one software at this point. Anybody know if this is possible? Thanks.
