We have configured the windows variables to point to the server, the ports are unblocked, but it would appear that the client ignores the settings. I have configured the server to run the service, and now can see the licences 100 all in all. I have configured the environment variable to point the client to the server. The client is not claiming a licence. I have emailed support numerous times, and have had no response hence the forums. I have also tested this using our previous v4 licences, and that works, so I know the variable is correct This is getting very frustrating, please advise and provide a step by stepguide to conect 3dcoat client to the fserver please Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
