Migrated files to a new computer, license no longer works (and unable to validate license)

Hi folks,

As the title suggests I recently migrated all my files to a new computer and 3d coat gives me this message.

I bought a standalone license ~$380 USD 1 year ago. I have my invoice on my account profile.

Things I've tried:

  • Trying to input login credentials, does nothing
  • Get license on your website, says 'email is current' or 'serial is not valid' 
  • Reinstalling, same problem
  • Uninstall key / show key - does nothing
  • Copy security key before starting up 3dc

I would appreciate some support getting this resolved.
