[Bug] Holes in mesh during sculpt

Once again I have to move my sculpt over to another application.
Holes form randomly while sculpting. I can not fill or fix holes after every brush stroke. 

This was on 3DCoat 2023.29.

I normally keep my sculpts 100% in 3dCoat, but lately I just can't. This is extremely easy to reproduce.

Latest nVidia drivers and Win11

Thanks for sharing the issue with a video example. That will help Andrew address it, quickly. I know it is frustrating. It happens to me sometimes, but not very often. This is being reported, so hopefully it can be fixed by the next build.
