Importing BoxCutter models from Blender

Hello.

Please tell me, is it possible to somehow import models made with a BoxCutter from a blender into a 3D Coat?

Such models usually have incorrect geometry and if you import them through an applink, they break. If you import via FBX, the geometry is ok, but some objects disappear, and some merge into one (different objects each time, even if you import the same file all the time).

Maybe someone knows a working method? Thanks!

Hello

You need to cleanup the geometry (joining verts, ngons and so on) before import it into 3DC.

I found a compromise solution. If you import FBX with a smaller number of objects (no more than ~15 objects), then the import occurs without problems. I split the scene into several files and import them one by one.

So I don't think it's geometry. For example, STL files, in which all objects are merged into one, are imported without any issues.
