Issues with license and website (Rent-to-own)

My question related not entirely to 3DCoat, but rather the 3DCoat website, namely my account information and the seeming inaccuracy of the website regarding my Rent-to-own 3DCoat License.

I have tried to email Sales regarding this issue two times, about a week apart with know reply (knowing the global issues right now, it is a bit understandable) but I'm simply concerned about my license and the payments remaining if applicable.

So, here's the issue:

I paid for Rent-to-own of 3DCoat, but when I check my account, it says that I have 2 payments remaining, despite getting an email saying that my final payment has been processed and I will not be charged any more.  This was in January 2024.  However, looking at my account, it says my license expires in October 2024, and my update period lasts until October 2024, as well as having 2 payments remaining.

I don't understand, since the FAQ says that I should have a perpetual license after my payments finish, as well as 1 year of updates from my final payment, which should make it January 2025 should be when my update period should end.  It's been about 3 weeks since I tried emailing the first time, with no response.  I would very much like this issue to be resolved or at least clarified.  Thank you much for any assistance you can provide.

Thanks for your advice.  I indeed did email them twice.  I just checked my account, and it showed that my Rent-to-own was terminated.  However, if I'm reading it correctly, the license says that the validity ends in Oct. of 2024.  Does that sound right?  Have you used the Rent-to-own option?  I really like the software, but I want to make sure my perpetual license is actually perpetual.

Again, I understand circumstances in the global climate can be a bit difficult, but some simple communication would be much appreciate.  I love the software, and Pilgway makes me very happy, I just wanted to get some questions answered.  Thanks.  :D

Just as an update, the Pilgway team was VERY helpful, despite messages taking a week or two to get a response.  The entire situation got squared away and with a more than satisfactory result.  I now officially prefer 3D Coat and Pilgway over ZBrush and Maxon.  Thank you, Pilgway team!
