Member GabeM Posted August 7, 2009 Member Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 A few ideas... I'd like to see a couple brushes that work similar to the contrast and sharpness filters in Photoshop. The sharpness brush could have an extra option to control the average, so you can keep fine details or flatten them out. Also a balloon or push brush that does not destroy surface detail. Similar to the move brush, but you brush the surface with it instead. Both of these below would just be brushes on the surface, like painting with color, instead of being very specific like with the pinch brush. Having these work with a selection alternatively would be nice too. You make a selection, then use a slider like in Photoshop to do global adjustments. Member GabeM Posted August 7, 2009 Author Member Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 I'm still working on sculpting my first character with this program, so I don't know what those buttons do. Is that just for texture painting or you can sculpt with it too? I'm talking about using these brushes for sculpting, not painting textures. Javis
You can use them for texture painting, DP normal maps and microvertex normal/displacement maps. Unfortunately though you can't use it for voxels.
