New Member Clank Posted September 23, 2009 New Member Report Share Posted September 23, 2009 This if my first attempt at Voxel Sculpting in 3D Coat. I started with a very low poly mesh of a human shape, and just went from there :P It's based on a concept by comic book artist Brett Booth. I'm a student in 3D Animation so I'm still learning 3D in general. I have a little bit of experience with ZBrush, but the Linux Native version of 3D Coat attracted me here. I have a couple questions though. The fingers of the mesh screwed up on import so I had to get rid of them, what would be the best way to create fingers for this guy? Also, as you can see he has no tail, what would be the best way to create him on of those? :P Thanks, and I hope you like it.
philnolan3d
Nice start. For fingers the curve tool might give you a good starting place. You don't happen to know our other member, Ratchet, do you?
