Problem converting voxels to mesh

Any parts that will be deformed benefit from retopo by hand but rigid stuff can be retopoed using Autopo for which there are videos. Hard edges can be adjusted by hand after Autopo, perhaps with adjacent edges. When satisfied, be sure to "Unwrap" so your UVs will be visible in the Paint room and any subsequent adjustment to the UVs can be done in the UV room.
