Advanced Member ggaliens Posted September 28, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 28, 2010 Wood Shader (vertex) please. I don't see any wood shader for VOXEL sculpt mode. Sure would be a great addition. Can anyone help me find one ???
Advanced Member Grandmaster B Posted September 28, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 28, 2010 You may use a shader with texture and change the texture.
Advanced Member Rich_Art Posted September 28, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 28, 2010 HA that looks nice. Cool shader. Peace, Rich_Art.
Advanced Member Grandmaster B Posted September 30, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 I just changed the texture of a stone shader already available. What about an anisotropic shader for 3D-Coat? I believe this would be a cool addition.

Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted September 30, 2010 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 Give this a try. What you want to do is right click on the shader and click "Edit permanent shader settings" or "Construct New shader." You will have a popup to choose textures and have the ability to adjust the scale of the texture and amount of bump, etc. You will want to find an image file for the wood that you want. If you have none or want more textures, there is a host of textures available to download entire categories with one click, in the 3DC Exchange Library section: http://www.3d-coat.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3289
Advanced Member Rich_Art Posted September 30, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 Thanks for the shader, I'll download it later today. At the moment I'm on my work. Textures.. I don't think I need new textures. After collecting more then 10 years by now, I can say that I have a big collection on my HD's... But thanks for pointing at the thread of course. Peace, Rich_Art.
