3D Coat crashes when opening file

BUILD: 3.5.05A, 3.5.19 (both 32 and 64 bit, CUDA and non-CUDA Version)

OS: windows 7, 64bit

HARDWARE: i7 970, 24 Gigs of RAM, velociraptor 600 Disk, gtx 580 lightning (i7 930, 12 Gigs RAM, velociraptor 600 Disk, hd 5870 2G before Hardware upgrade)

BUG DESCRIPTION: Every time I try to open a file I worked on for some time, 3D Coat crashes after some seconds without any descriptive error message (altough there are error logs written).

This only affects one file, others open without problems. The file is around 800 Megs, an older save is 900 Megs and opens without problems. It was created in Build 3.5.05A 64bit DX non-CUDA until the Friday before the problem occured, on this day I was installing a new GTX 580, and started using the 3.5.05A 64bit DX CUDA Build. I was also upgrading the CPU and Memory on this day (i7 930 for i7 970, 12 Gigs for 24 Gigs of RAM).

There was an problem that preluded this problem, I couldn't undo anything while working on that file the weekend before this problem happened. Hitting ctrl+Z would make 3D Coat spin for some seconds, but nothing was undone. That was the reason I closed the file on monday, since then I couldn't open the file again. This undo Problem started appearing some hours after I started using the CUDA version.

Memory usage: around 6 Gigs before Crash happens, around 13 Gigs when I was still able to open the file.

What I already did: tried all Versions of the Builds 3.5.05A and 3.5.19, freed 200G on HD, increased virtual memory to 4G min / 12G max, reinstalled the same version of 3D Coat again

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Open file under link below, 3D Coat should crash after 3-4 seconds
