Psmith
Can you explain what you need a little more thoroughly? Greg Smith

Psmith
The way 3D-Coat handles things is for the "Merged" hi-poly mesh to be converted to voxels, first - which can then be used as the "background" or surface upon which all Retopo operations are conducted. The simplest way to get started is to use the opening "Wizard", hover your mouse over the "Voxel" section and choose the file folder icon to select your Zbrush mesh. Use the "Translate" tool to scale up the merged mesh so it has sufficient resolution to capture the details you need. Then, go to the "Retopo Room" or tab and use the tools you need to get the job done. Your original mesh is displayed as a shaded "background" object. Javis
Another way you could do it, is to import the mesh from ZB as a reference mesh (which works great for high poly meshes), and then use the retopo room. This eliminates the need for converting to voxels, if, and I'm assuming here, that you do not wish to sculpt further details using voxels. Greg Smith Greg, this was discussed a little bit when that 3D Coat Review was written recently, and I think it deserves repeating...Can we get an Autopo Button in the Retopo toolbar, so that it's much easier and more logical to find for trial users or newcomers? Maybe create it's own Subsection of the tools, like CREATE, UV and TWEAK? This way, you can add all the options that are in the Vox Tree (right-click) menu.
