Retopo Room to UV Room; how to get my hand retopoed object from here to there

All the UV mapping has been done and laid out Unwrapped and UVPacked  in the UV Preview, but all my attempts to bake out the voxels displacement and colors to the newly laid out retopo have failed.

 

I have been able to Bake Texture to an OBJ/MTL with normal diffuse and specular  and normal maps but still nothing in the UV room or Paint Room

 

What do I do nextt? How to make that new retopo mesh show up in the UV room with its masp?

 

I'd done this before; can't understand why it has to be so hard.
