New Member FKGreen Posted February 2, 2020 New Member Report Share Posted February 2, 2020 Hello! I can’t understand why the surface is not created when using 2D Paint tool? I use the stable version of 3D Coat 4.9.07. 2DPaint.mp4
philnolan3d
I don't think it's supposed to work with that circle option. The latest beta has many of the E panel options disabled for 2D Paint.
Carlosan
Exactly, is not possible anymore.
New Member FKGreen Posted February 3, 2020 Author New Member Report Share Posted February 3, 2020 So you want to say that in the new versions some options will work differently? Judging from your screenshot, you can draw with splines, but I can’t even draw with splines. The screenshot was taken from the program version 4.9.23. In your screenshot, this tool is available. New Member FKGreen Posted February 3, 2020 Author New Member Report Share Posted February 3, 2020 Thanks for the tip, now drawing with splines is available. However, I do not understand how it now works. In older versions of the program, after closing the spline and confirming with the enter key, voxel geometry appeared. And in the new version, after performing the same actions, the program calculates something, but in the end the spline contour remains empty. How to use the new features of the 2D Paint tool. Thanks!
