[Solved] what is causing these spots to appear on my mesh?

Hey everyone. I modeled and uv'ed this object in Blender. When I apply paint the spots you see in the picture appear. It does this when I use a smart material or when I just hand paint it with the brush or paint bucket tool. You can see the white spots in the 2d view on the edge of the uv island. In Blender I see similar spots but I can paint over them in the 2d view. I can't in 3dCoat. I also tried uv unwrapping in 3dCoat after importing but I still see the same thing. I can't figure out why.

Better UV distribution could help

- Old

- New (adding new seams) *

- Avoid to paint on Layer0, it is used for internal operations

- Retopo room > Commands > Autoscale. Is useful for accurate Texel density on all UVislands

* Unwarp again and use Selected > To strip on some islands to get better mapping

Hope it help
